Dr. Adam
Dr. Adam was born and raised in Seattle, WA. He attended Fordham University in NYC for his Bachelor’s in Biology, and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from one of the nation's top-ranked PT Programs, USC. Dr. Adam is also an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor & Clinical Education Coordinator.
Growing up, Dr. Adam was a multi-sport athlete, playing Football and Lacrosse for his high school. He continued his passion for sports and started his journey towards rehabilitative medicine working as a student athletic trainer with the Fordham football team, providing care in the training room and on the field. Through his journey he developed a passion for helping people reach their peak levels of performance and live their lives to the fullest, and led him to the perfect profession for him – that of Physical Therapy.
Dr. Adam has a special interest in sports performance training in addition to physical therapy. He has worked with athletes of all levels from recreational and youth athletes, weekend warriors, all the way up to the pros in the NFL, NBA, and MLB. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), treating patients of all skill and activity levels, from PT to Performance. He also completed the 6-month Advanced Certificate Program Advanced Functional Biomechanics of the Lower Quarter: Integration of Technology into Practice for high-tech movement analysis, movement re-education, and return-to-run & sport with Dr. Chris Powers, Professor of Biokinesiology & Physical Therapy, and Co-Director of the Musculoskeletal Biomechanics Lab at USC. Dr. Adam is also a Titleist Performance Institute Golf Certified Instructor.
He is experienced in treating a large variety of post-op orthopedic conditions, working with athletes from acute injury to return to sport, sports performance training, and has experience working with pediatric populations.
Dr. Adam works hand-in-hand with each and every patient to achieve their rehabilitation, sport performance and fitness goals. His deep knowledge and positive energy empower them through recovery, and back to the activities they love and beyond.
Dr. Adam is a member of the APTA and the APTA sports and orthopedic sections. Outside of work you can find him playing basketball, hiking, working out, on the golf course, or outside manning the grill!.
