Dr. Brittany
PT, DPT, OCS, MFDc
Dr. Brittany is a high-energy, passionate and experienced physical therapist committed to expertly guiding her patients through the rehabilitation journey.

As a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, she applies evidence-based techniques to ensure that her patients receive the highest level of personalized care. She holds both a Bachelor’s Degree and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University, and brings a wealth of knowledge to Elevate from her experience at Cedars Sinai.

During her 6-month sports medicine rotation at Duke, Dr. Brittany developed a deep appreciation for treating pediatric and adolescent patients who have sustained musculoskeletal injuries. Her work with this special population has shaped her approach to patient care, emphasizing personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of individuals.

While Dr. Brittany enjoys treating the pediatric and adolescent athlete, she also has a passion for treating adults of all abilities, weekend warriors, as well as those pursuing new fitness activities. Having gone through “couch to marathon” training herself, Dr. Brittany believes that every individual is capable of achieving a healthier lifestyle and is proud to be able to empower patients of all ages and abilities to successfully achieve their movement goals by employing an expert blend of manual therapy, movement coordination, strength, and mobility training.

Dr. Brittany is certified in Myofascial Decompression (aka “Cupping”) as a soft tissue mobility intervention to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance tissue recovery. She also appreciates incorporating Pilates for its myriad of benefits for body and mind as part rehab and fitness programming.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Dr. Brittany training for her next marathon, burning chicken in the oven, serving up aces on the tennis court, attending every Duke basketball watch party, and taking out chunks of grass on the golf course.
