Return to Sport Assessment
Our Return to Sport Testing is an objective means to determine if an athlete is safe to return to his or her sport of choice. We utilize a system of 6 sport movements under video analysis to score an athlete’s quality of movement or risk for injury, as well as dynamometer testing to determine strength levels. The test helps to determine when the athlete can return without considerable risk of reinjury and informs our recommendations on the process of returning to sport. We work alongside an athlete’s doctors and other medical professionals to help evaluate the athlete, devise a plan of action, and track progress as measures are being taken toward recovery and full return to sport.
